These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of the 72-hour access to Munich City Rally and contain the legally required consumer information.
The contracting party is Julian Blöchl – Sole proprietor, Keferloherstraße 45, 80809 Munich, Germany, email: julian@bloechl.io, phone: +49 173 6652274 (hereinafter “Munich City Rally” or “we”).
With your purchase you receive a digital premium team access to Munich City Rally for 72 hours. The countdown only starts when you or someone on your team opens the introduction or a station card for the first time. Access includes all rally content, team sync for up to six devices, editorial extras (podcast), and email support.
It is a one-off, time-limited licence. There is no automatic renewal or ongoing subscription.
You can correct input errors at any time before submitting the order via your browser's back button or by editing the form fields.
The total price for the 72-hour team access is €24.99 including VAT. No shipping or additional fees apply.
Payment is processed by Stripe via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other Stripe-supported methods. We provide your invoice electronically immediately after the contract is concluded.
Premium access is ready as soon as the Stripe checkout completes. The 72-hour window, however, only starts once you explicitly confirm the start when opening the introduction or a station card. From that moment the countdown runs for your entire team. The rally is browser-based; you need a stable internet connection and a modern device.
All provided content is protected by copyright. Sharing team codes with third parties, commercial use, or publishing the material outside the agreed scope is prohibited.
The contract ends automatically after 72 hours. We provide security and functionality updates as required to maintain the agreed service (§ 327f German Civil Code). You can reach us for support at julian@bloechl.io during the access period.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Julian Blöchl – Sole proprietor, Keferloherstraße 45, 80809 Munich, email: julian@bloechl.io) of your decision to withdraw via a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). You may use the template withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your right of withdrawal expires early if we begin performing the contract with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance starts (Art. 356(5) German Civil Code). You give this consent on the checkout page by ticking the corresponding checkbox.
If you requested that we start providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the portion of the service already provided up until the moment you inform us of your withdrawal.
